Every living being is unique, and so are my speakers, which are all very different. I am currently working on a few Makakos and am enjoying the uniqueness of each individual veneer.

From left to right, the veneers are: kings ebony, satin walnut, coloured poplar, fire tulip, olive, and kings ebony, but arranged differently.
The latter is very special, not only because a lot of work goes into arranging this veneer properly on the multiplex board, but also because it is a very rare type of wood.
Such a beautiful veneer with this marvellous grain will never be available again, which is why I'm all the more pleased to have bought a whole bundle of it, so that I can build one or two more unique speakers.
